Find Joy in Everyday Moments
We will learn about each person’s interests and passions and plan activities and special occasions together. These social opportunities will add to the quality of life for every neighbor. The neighborhood is specifically designed to intentionally bring neighbors together throughout the space that includes pathways, green space, garden areas, and a central common house for events and activities. Outside you will find smaller gathering areas with tables and chairs to spontaneously enjoy the company of others.
Expand Our Horizons
We have begun to explore our initial group of resident’s areas of expertise. People can share their skills with other neighbors that allow growth and social outlets for having fun together.
Neighbors as Friends
We will facilitate building new long-lasting relationships between neighbors and the community at large. Whether you live alone, with your family, are a student or professional, are young or young at heart, there will be many people with whom to interact and form caring and meaningful friendships. Our neighborhood will always feel like a welcoming place to gather. We bring the best of ourselves because of the relationship we have built with each other.
