A Kindred Village™
an Inclusive Neighborhood

Planned for a location in Florida, imagine a neighborhood where single-family homes and villas with porches in the front so you can say hi to your neighbors as you walk by.  You can enjoy having beautiful community gardens and green spaces with room to be outdoors and enjoy the company of others.  Consider a neighborhood where differences are valued, respected, and treasured.  Think what it would be like to live in a place where friends are neighbors and neighbors are friends.

So what does it look like?

20 to 30 Homes

A small and affordable universally-designed neighborhood that facilitates working together to intentionally plan and design the space and amenities to be accessible by all. Retain your privacy but know there are people to hang out with and things to do where you have interests in common.

Being All-In

Intentional neighborhoods are just that... A place you chose to be where you can feel a sense of ownership and belonging.  Neighbors can enjoy social events and activities in the common space or share meals in the central common house.  Perhaps attend lifelong learning workshops, or just enjoy a few moments chatting while working in the garden.  The bottom line is making life about being fully engaged and enjoying your days, whatever that means for you.
