A small and affordable universally-designed neighborhood that facilitates working together to intentionally plan and design the space and amenities to be accessible by all. Retain your privacy but know there are people to hang out with and things to do where you have interests in common.

Intentional neighborhoods are just that... A place you chose to be where you can feel a sense of ownership and belonging. Neighbors can enjoy social events and activities in the common space or share meals in the central common house. Perhaps attend lifelong learning workshops, or just enjoy a few moments chatting while working in the garden.
